Description
During the 1989 Romanian Revolution, protesters cut the communist coat of arms from the Romanian flag. The new flag became the symbol of Romania’s newly found freedom. 20 years later, in 2009, I started looking at the yellow dot that has since filled that hole.
This is an ongoing project, which so far includes a digital tribute to the heroes of the Revolution, two series of photographs and a book.
