încotro sets out to be a benchmark, a launch pad, a source of dialogue and an interface between the Romanian and the international visual universes.

The project’s first installment is Romanian Visual Survey 2008, a collection containing some of the best works created by Romanian visual artists in 2007 and 2008. The Survey, which will be carried out yearly, sets out to become a lot more prominent in the future, both in Romania and more importantly outside of it, and to attract an ever increasing number of participants.
